Human Resources (HR) Manager

Located North Scottsdale

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role supports business objectives by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce plans.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and workplace concerns.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes when necessary.

Performance Management

  • Administer performance review programs and goal-setting processes.
  • Coach managers on employee development, feedback, and performance improvement.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage employee compensation programs and benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analyses.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.

HR Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and business strategy.
  • Support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention programs.
